Preheat greased pan over medium heat [350° F].

Mix ingredients and stir until blended. Do not add more water. Our high-fiber dough should be hearty and thick.

Scoop ¼ cup of batter mix onto your griddle or pan.

Cook until bubbles form on the pancake; flip and cook until golden brown.
