Branded Web Center Rebate – Terms & Conditions

  1. BUY one (1) 12oz box of GoodWheat Pasta, any variety, value up to $4.99 (“Participating Product”) on www.eatgoodwheat.com or at any of our retail partners identified on https://eatgoodwheat.com/pages/find-us (“Qualifying Purchase”) from 8/1/2023–6/30/2024 (“Offer Period”).
  2. TAKE A PICTURE of your receipt from the Qualifying Purchase, then go to our Branded Rebate Web Center found at https://eatgoodwheat.grabmyrebate.com/ to upload the photo(s) of your receipt within thirty days (30) of making the Qualifying Purchase. Only a Qualifying Purchase of a Participating Product made within the Offer Period is valid for this offer. The photo(s) of your receipt for the Qualifying Purchase must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. You may upload multiple photos for a single submission. The uploaded photo(s) of the receipt MUST BE LEGIBLE. The receipt image must contain: Retailer Name, Purchase Date, Product Description, Purchase Amount and Purchase Total. Please circle the Participating Product on your receipt before taking a picture and uploading. Acceptable file formats for your uploads are PDF, PNG, or JPG. By submitting your receipt, you agree to the terms and conditions of the offer. Internet access and a valid email account are necessary to participate.
  3. GET a rebate credit of up to $4.99 paid through Venmo, PayPal or Virtual Prepaid Visa (“Rebate”). A PayPal or Venmo account is required for receiving the Rebate via PayPal or Venmo. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. Please allow up to 96 hours for the validation and payment of your Rebate. Rebates are limited to only one per person, family or household. We reserve the right to deny payment of the Rebate to anyone whose identity we are not able to confirm. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored or acknowledged. Offer void if original purchase receipt photo, purchaser’s complete name, address and zip code are not compliant with these Terms and Conditions. This offer is void where prohibited, licensed, taxed, or restricted by law. Consumer pays any sales tax, and any shipping or handling. Valid Only in USA and is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Proof of purchase must be from Participating Product you purchased. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, Sections 1341 & 1342). Reproduction, purchase, sale, or trade of rebate forms, proofs of purchase and cash register receipts are prohibited. We reserve the right to amend the rules of this promotion, to withdraw this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel any Rebate in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. This Offer is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. This offer cannot be applied to any purchases made outside the Offer Period.
