Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. GoodWheat Penne
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. mild Buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. black papper
  • 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 c. shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

How to Make:

Step 1.

  • Boil a large pot of water. Preheat the oven to 350F.

Step 2.

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and coat with light oil to prevent sticking.

Step 3.

  • In a large bowl, stir softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, mild buffalo sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.

Step 4.

  • Add rotisserie chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and drained noodles. Stir to combine.

Step 5.

  • Spoon mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Step 6.

  • Bake for 20 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes.

Step 7.

  • Plate. Garnish with scallions and parsley.
