Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. GoodWheat Penne
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. mild Buffalo sauce
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 2 tsp. black papper
- 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 c. shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
How to Make:
Step 1.
- Boil a large pot of water. Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and coat with light oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3.
- In a large bowl, stir softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, mild buffalo sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
Step 4.
- Add rotisserie chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and drained noodles. Stir to combine.
Step 5.
- Spoon mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Step 6.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes.
Step 7.
- Plate. Garnish with scallions and parsley.
