You can’t rush perfection.

Due to the high-fiber nature of our pasta, GoodWheat cooks a little slower. But trust us, the extra couple minutes is worth the wait.

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil; add salt to taste if desired

Pour pasta into boiling water, and stir immediately.

Boil* and give it a taste. You can’t overcook our pasta; it’s always al dente.
