Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil; add salt to taste if desired

Pour pasta into boiling water, and stir immediately.

Thanks for a great product!

Extremely. Good. Pasta.

With GoodWheat I can once again eat the pasta I've given up for the last several years.

I don't eat regular pasta due to the high carb, low protein and low fiber content, for prediabetic issues. I don't like the texture of alternatives made from palm hearts, shirataki, as well as the taste of others boasting high fiber.

Hoping the pancake mixes become available for purchase on the website soon.

I really enjoyed this pasta. It has a great texture—it doesn’t get slimy like some other “healthy” pastas do. Great taste too. Would definitely recommend!

I felt more satisfied after a meal using Good Wheat High Fiber Pasta. It had more density. It needed a few more minutes to cook, though as it was pretty tough to chew. You can really taste the additional fiber when you chew it. All in all, I'm very happy with the product as it has better nutrition than standard white pasta.

This was a great pasta! I liked that we were able to get in an extra serving of fiber. The texture was great and it didn't taste any different than other pastas.

Great flavor and texture, only slightly wheat-y but great in a sauce. Not too tough, nice chewy texture that holds up well in heavy sauces. Used it in a macaroni.
