I bought the mixed pack of noodles on Amazon. It tastes great, similar texture to pasta and even my picky kids didn't notice the swap. It's a little on the expensive side but worth it for my carb loving kiddos for the extra nutrition. I'm going to keep on buying this brand.

I just tried the GoodWheat Spaghetti, and I have to say, you can really feel and taste that it's high quality. It has a perfect al dente consistency without having to get the timing just right - other pastas are so easy to overcook! Overall, it tastes great and feels like a full meal, even without adding in a protein or veggies.
I haves diabetes so I’m always looking for ways to keep my blood sugar from spiking. It’s especially hard if you like your carbs! I tried the Goodwheat spaghetti a couple of days ago and was able to have a good size serving of pasta while keeping my blood sugar under control. The extra fiber does wonders in stopping blood sugar spikes. I am a fan!
