Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our GoodWheat products. However, if there is a problem with your product, we do offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 30 days of your date of purchase at [email protected] with your feedback. To process a refund or replacement, we require the following information: description of product, lot number (on the top, bottom or side of the box, depending on the pasta variety), and photos of the product and packaging. If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store or ecommerce website where you purchased for their return or refund policy.
