Pour dry mix into a microwave-safe bowl.

Add ¼ c water and whisk. DO NOT ADD MORE WATER. Our high-fiber dough should be hearty and thick.

Microwave on high for 75 seconds. Your Quikcake should look nice and golden. If you see any uneven spots, add an extra 10-15 seconds. OR try it on the mini griddle!

Let sit for 2-3 minutes for maximum fluffiness. It’s yum time in no time!

So freaking delicious! I've been on a health journey for a few months now so I'm always looking for ways to be able to enjoy what I love but eating a better version of it. I found these and oh my goodness I love them so much!! Even my four year-old loved it!
Goodwheat buttermilk pancakes were delicious and so easy to make! I love that I could make them any morning even when I don't have a lot of time and I'm the only one who wants one, and they still taste great!!I am always sceptical of anything instant but I'm a fan and definitely recommend!

I use these for my children who love hot cereal and pancakes. These are delicious and their new favorite. My older child can even make them herself which is wonder.
